Please take note some of our orders are pre-orders which therefore do not qualify for 1st class & guaranteed delivery. Please do not select this when checking out.

We try to ensure your delivery gets to you within the estimated time frames, however, sometimes delays do happen that are out of our hands. 

Returns Policy

We accept exchanges within 14 Days for the same or more monetary value as the original price of the garment. After 14 Days we can no longer accept any exchanges. If for any reason your item is faulty or damaged then please message us via the contact page. (Please visit our FAQ page for fault contact instructions.) We'll then be in contact with you once we have reviewed the damage/fault. 

 

*Please note with faults: Depending on the case we cannot change the size, colour or style of the item. Once the item has been reduced or replaced this then becomes non exchangeable. Please feel free contact us if you need any advice prior to placing your order.

Your items will not qualify for a refund or return if:

  1. Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item.

  2. Items are received in a condition that smell or appear to have been worn.

  3. You do not include your name and order number in the parcel.

  4. If your payment method has changed we will need to issue you a store card.

  5. Swimwear/lingerie are non refundable due to hygiene reasons
